Hi, I’m Faveola Kett, a stage and costume designer passionate about storytelling through the creation of theatrical and immersive worlds. In my work, I focus on building atmospheres and visual environments that transport audiences into magical landscapes, historical worlds, or spaces that invite reflection. I’m fascinated by how design can shape emotional experiences and bring stories to life.

Trained in Theatre, Film and Performance Design at the University for the Creative Arts in Rochester (UK), I have worked in stage and costume design for opera, theatre and dance since 2019. As an assistant designer, I have collaborated with a variety of creative teams at institutions such as the Vienna State Opera, the Zurich Opera House and the State Opera Hamburg, while also designing my own productions at the Saarländisches Staatstheater, Theater Überzwerg and with independent theatres.

Alongside my theatre work, I’m interested in expanding my practice into other forms of spatial and experiential design, including event, exhibition and themed entertainment design, areas where narrative environments and audience experience are at the centre of the creative process.
